Apparently one of the kids received a silicon oven liner (as a gift) that you put on the lower rack(s) to catch drips etc. http://www.overstock.com/Home-Garden/Miu-Heavy-weight-Commercial-Non-stick-Oven-Liner/7900414/product.html Unfortunately she put it on the very bottom of the oven & we had a CO emergency.

I am told I will be pre approved because of the difference of money I made in 2013 compared to my 2012 income (Im self-employed).We started an LLC S-Corp & have not yet transferred homes there for fear of having to pay off the remaining equity sooner than our 30-year plan; I've heard in 3 years its possible?

I do not know where the duplex is located but Heat Pumps do not work well when outside temperatures are in the 30's or lower and with most of the country under an artic freeze I would not jump to conclusions based on his statement.
