It's a great market, especially if you are in the college network. 

If you go to some of the local REIA events, there are usually at least a couple Realtors around you could network with.I heard a great suggestion the other day -- find someone who needs things done that they don't want/have time to do.

Title report via escrow on this property showed a junior lien taken out at the same time as the senior lien from the same bank (Country wide).

We will be in the area September 7-12th for our "house hunting trip"... most of our research so far has been done online via Redfin, Zillow, Craigslist, and we've been given access to MLS alerts through a couple people we've met networking.

Here's my breakdown:-50% phone lead generation (Cold calling old expireds/FSBOs)-35% face-to-face meetings (Open houses, door knocking, REIA meetings)-15% social networking websites (BiggerPockets) 

I suspect that almost perfect applicant was trying to rent multiple house to run a network of brothels.

No problem i have plenty of sources and a solid network around the area.
