Hello everyone, So after signing up for BP nearly three years ago. I recently picked up 'The Book on rental property investing'. I soon dove into the podcast and have been binging all summer. I live in St. Cloud, Minnesota and would love to hear of any networking Opportunities to explore in the area. Future plans are to own rentals, learn to flip, and see what happens. 🙂

Exciting Josh! I live in the Twin Cities but went to college in Cloud. I think if you can get some rentals around the school might be a cool deal. I have heard good and bad from some friends in that area that a lot of houses are on the market up there. It’s be cool to know what it’s truly like. I’d love to have a few rentals there. It would give me an excuse to go up there more.

Good luck and my best advice is to just Jump In! Start looking for a deal cause sometimes that takes a while :)
