I am looking to get into it myself, i've started working my first job out of college and its not for me, I cant stand working for other people, the repetitive schedule is driving me crazy, same routine every day!.

so I put it out here..trad lender wants 20% plus closing costs plus 6 months reserves plus pay off my IRS so that leaves me cash poor and too uncomfortable..... and it would probably already be sold on the retail market and closed by then..  

If you feel incredibly uncomfortable, then get out and do not buy.

Also as far as the review goes, you can state a follow up response, that you maintain your cabin with routine pest maintenance and as soon as you heard this complaint you acted immediately to find that no bed bugs were found and that your cabin is in the woods out here and that is how things are, etc.. etc..
