Does the book you referenced teach anything on reading numbers, finance sheets?

Hope this group can teach me a few solid lessons.

I am currently reading "10X Rule" by Grant Cardone among some other great ones ("The advanced Guide to RE Investing" by Ken McElroy, and "Marketopoly" bty Mark Mackenzie both great books which over amazing insights on identifying market trends and cycles, allowing investors to maximize ROI by staying ahead of the Game..) but the 10x Rule has stood out because of the principles it teaches in TAKING CONTROL of our success by treating success and the massive action that it requires as a personal "duty, obligation and responsibility"....not only today or tomorrow, but continuously throughout our lives.  

Jay teaches exactly how to spot opportunities such as the house near industrial or factory area and how to profit. 

I've also been attending the MNreia monthly meetings and trying to grasp as much information as I can about real estate investing.My goal as of right now is to find a mentor that is willing to teach me how to find and evaluate wholesale deals around the Minneapolis area.

Does anyone know of a good course that will teach me how to analyze a good buy and hold deal as well as teach me how to find owner financing?

I really can't recommend BP enough, at a very minimum it's teaching me what questions to ask.Good luck!
