He does not have turn key's but I think he can add value to your knowledge base + it would be wise to have the knowledge to create your own team when out of state investing because if the turnkey company turns out to not meet your expectations you need the confidence to fire them and build the team on your own as Jordan has.

So I said ok I will cash it out this week and give you 2k. they accepted I bought the house tore it down and resold the new construction at 750k.. .and made a quite nice pay day for our team.
