We expressed to them on several occasions that this needed to happen fast since we had multiple parties interested.

Mine had no issues getting a value, but there were several recent comps in the area. 

It's how I found several of my deals including some that were strictly off market.

Several other smaller banks seem to have been bought out during the crisis, so I'm struggling to find any others to even reach out to.
