South Los Angeles Property Management/Handyman Referrals

Have 3 units in South LA near Crenshaw and Hyde Park Blvd.  Looking for people who have actually used property management in the area.  And also any good handymen in the area.  I already have a good handyman, but he's busy so at times I need a back up.  Thanks in advance!
