I'd definitely let any prospective buyer (or lease holder) know that mindset.In looking at other shared ownership resorts I've seen language that permits continuous living for up to 240 days, after that you have to take off for a couple weeks.

its a beach house because it is up on stilts and is 2 minutes from the ocean in a high end resort. there are over 300 houses in there, ours is one of the highest rated homes in there(we have two side by side).the land is leased.we do about 85-95k per year in total bookings and have a 4.97 star rating, everyone in there calls there house a beach house. we do call it a beach house and not a ocean house- those are two very different things for sure.its not in a typical "block situation" open to the public, its a resort which is gated and secured all the way from kings hwy to the oceannathan

@Patrick Britton A baseball player that hits 0.300 will get paid a LOT more than the 20% performance difference between them and a 0.250 hitter (0.250 x 120% = 0.300).You can manipulate any numbers to justify your goal, so what's your point?
