After spending countless hours reading and researching in this forum, I thought I would finally day Hello.I am a single Dad to an amazing special needs 8 year old with that has spent almost 20 years in project management with a long time passion for real estate but never took the plunge due to family obligations and the need for guarantee. 

Part of buying a business or investing in anything for that matter is having in depth knowledge in that area, or at least a passion in that area so that it's fun to learn about it.
