New Beginnings - Chasing a Dream

Posted

After spending countless hours reading and researching in this forum, I thought I would finally day Hello.

I am a single Dad to an amazing special needs 8 year old with that has spent almost 20 years in project management with a long time passion for real estate but never took the plunge due to family obligations and the need for guarantee.  Being at home this last year due to COVID allowed me to spend time with my family and connect. I also had an abundant amount of time to think about what makes me happy and decided to actually pursue this dream.

I am currently building my first home which is tying up some funds until November. However, I am taking this time to build my network and my team among with creating plans and processes. (project manager is in the veins) My preferred starting method will be BRRRR.

I welcome all advice and more than happy to gather for tea or something stronger (live or virtual)
