I think my plan now is to network and find someone who will be willing to mentor me in exchange for my working for them.

A mentor would be nice right about now, but I'm just going to trust in the extensive amount of literature that I've read over the months and believe in myself.

To submit in service as well as to be mentored in the right season is a gift.

Sometimes the foreclosing lien is a junior lien and the value of all liens exceeds value, so another situation that would call for a short sale.

Some of the obstacles I had faced was how to tackle my first deal, how to find a mentor, how to conduct analysis, and finally what to do once I analyze a deal.I would like to hear some inspirational journeys some seasoned investors had to persevere through in order to become "successful", and some of the task Newbies would like to get accomplished to start their journey to become a successful REI.

I went to a Mentor Investor Club meeting where they where claiming to help me grow as an investor.
