Hi all, I've been developing some techniques to quickly build a comprehensive set of leads for specific categories of commercial properties anywhere in the US and wanted to connect with some commercial real estate investors to get some feedback on whether they would find this valuable. 

This can allow me to create a higher density development. 

Maybe they figure even if they aren't making much cash flow at least they have some money coming in while they plan the development. 

There are prolly some other items you want to do before needing to communicate with a CPA.1) You should develop a real estate strategy based on your strengths - Will you be a buy and hold investor, fix and flipper or focus on short-term renting.

There is no simple answer other than being able to identify what is broken and the cost to repair it.Will you make money on every deal you do?
