Both companies (Elon Musk & Jeff Bezos) have invested a lot in the area and have plans to ramp up their operations including more manned launches to space so they can meet their ambitious goals of making the human race a multi-planetary species.Titusville, a town that was heavily dependent on the government backed space program during the 60's and 70's took a big hit once the space program got shut down.

Buy those 1-2-3 Books from Home Depot, go to their weekend classes, volunteer for Habitat For Humanity, hang around job sites, help your friends remodel...Etc, Etc...This will give you a HUGE advantage over the normal investor who often has zero clue about what their potential properties actually need.
