Titusville Real Estate - About to take off or scrub deal?

Greeting BP Community,

I write this post the day after NASA & Space X have launched two american astronauts into space for the first time in 9 years. I have lived on the Space Coast for nearly 10 years and have always been passionate and excited about the revitalization of Space travel mainly due to private companies such as Space X and Blue Origin. Both companies (Elon Musk & Jeff Bezos) have invested a lot in the area and have plans to ramp up their operations including more manned launches to space so they can meet their ambitious goals of making the human race a multi-planetary species.

Titusville, a town that was heavily dependent on the government backed space program during the 60's and 70's took a big hit once the space program got shut down. Am I assuming too much to think that this area is about to see major growth due to the progress being made in space travel at the moment? I am seriously considering investing in SFH's in the Titusville area, particularly close to Nasa Pkwy, the road leading to Kennedy Space Center and the Blue Origin Factory.

What are the thoughts of those familiar with the area? What considerations should one make before making an investment decision like this? I would base the decision of strong cash flow upon purchase but also hoping for strong appreciation in the long run.

Thank you all!
