I work part-time for a real estate company (Nomadic Real Estate) as a leasing agent and I just passed my VA salesperson exam so I hope to sell real estate in Virginia within the next couple of weeks.Within the next 4 years, I would like to generate enough passive income so that I can save for my future family.The ultimate goal is to generate enough money to be able to start and sustain a social entrepreneurship business to help schools in West Africa.On Bigger Pockets, it would be great if I could network with like-minded individuals.Francis

I don't think it was noted anywhere.Depending on the type, size, and your investment objectives, you could probably eliminate a lot of markets without doing much work.This is his goal, "I'm not planning on using it to select a market in particular, but to value properties and see if potential properties are over or accurately valued in their asking price."

I am also a very novice options trader, and barely making any money with that... but I understand that is long term project that will feed me and my family plenty in the future; just like real state investing.My goal here is to meet like minded people.... and I know there are plenty, but they don't know who I am, why I want get into this business.
