I see other realtors post “helpful” real estate content such as free equity calculators or “what is your home worth” calcs or interesting articles about the market or scams to watch out for.

Not one size fits all.as for scam probably not.. is it worth the money for newer investors who have no real experince  maybe maybe not.do people get into trouble putting these class's on credit cards with the dream of real estate rich's you bet.do some people take the info and do really well with it..

I believe Zumper automatically populates to the facebook marketplace.I avoid Craigslist because it's full of scams and scum.

I dont want to come across as evasive, or vague when talking with investors, as I truly am willing to offer great investor terms, but I really dont know how to avoid getting scammed.

All joking aside....if you do encounter a roach problem, there is a product call Vendetta roach bait, that is incredible for long lasting results without any odor or sprays.
