Eventually in the late '80s prices stabilized, then started to rise.When I see some of the crazy development going on in Houston, San Anton and Austin now I wonder if we're not heading into a similar period.Result, even "good" people walked away.Just a little anecdote to brighten your morning.

I'd say 90% or more of it ever sold is sitting under someone's bed, or in their closet, and eventually will end up on ebay or craigslist!
