Hello everyone,

I just registered here. I found this site yesterday and have read various posts, and everyone seems to be very helpful.

Although, I am interested in eventually investing, I want to learn a bit...Do my homework so to speak. I am currently, eagerly, awaiting my RE License as we speak.

I would like to thank you all in advance since I am sure I will be asking questions/advice.
