After a brief stint in corporate real estate as an analyst for Panda Restaurant Group and a year long stretch as an acquisitions analyst for a multifamily apartment fund, I landed at my current role as the analyst for a high volume retail team at Colliers.

Two are vacation rentals and one is my home that I'm leaving and will rent out as an executive/corporate housing home (moving into my future husband's home, but want to keep mine). 

I'm still moving forward with investing plans but became so passionate about the retail side of real estate, I recently left a successful career in corporate finance to purse a path as an agent/broker.

I quit my corporate bank job when I had enough cash flow to replace my income, plus health insurance, plus a cushion.  

I've shook hands with folks with fancy business card's with the LLC name and beautiful logos on it, but haven't done their first deal yet.

Starbucks Corporation has announced that although it expects losses in the fiscal third-quarter, it has seen sales improvements around the world as cities open up, and is forecasting a full-year profit.

Aside from this, one thing I am unsure of is to what extent it would be beneficial to establish a corporate structure from the outset.

Standard of living is pretty good here...housing reasonable and pay for corporate types jobs above average and economy is pretty diverse, not dependent on any one industry.  

The stimulus and unemployment checks are still flowing.Once that drys up, and the Fed slows down buying junk corporate debt, the pain will hit.Look for it starting October.Or it might not happen until after the election, so Feb/March 2021.Meanwhile, we are putting a rental on the market this week.
