I find it best to have a sample deal on paper so they can see what kind of product you're looking at.

This is for conventional, conforming loan. the kind that gives you 30 years fixed rate, in this case buying a triplex. this will be applicable to 2-4 units clarified residential.

I don't know what kind of economic recovery and rebuilding we'll see under the Trump administration.

@Pat McCandless We have a solid infrastructure in place to deal with the tenants and the unique kinds of maintenance issues that come up with a multi family house as opposed to a single family so we do not find them any more difficult than a single family. 

Buyers are overlooking all kinds of things just to get a home.
