Regardless if your situation is like mine, or you need a mod, it doesn't matter these are not the guys to deal with on any level.My mortgage person told me they are not supposed to be able to start any proceedings of any kind before 60 days when there is change over but that doesn't seem to stop them.

I suppose that the benefit would be that the 10 year on is locked in longer and one could expect rates to be a lot higher in much less than 10 yearsIs there a calculator where you can plug these in for commercial loans that have 5, 7, 10 year payoffs but are amortized for 20 or 30 years?

The appraiser was more talkative than you might think, and he asked a few questions that he would not have otherwise known that directly affected his appraisal price (he could have called for these I suppose, but would you trust someone to do that in today's time?).
