(podcasts, books, mentors, meetups ,etc)- What would be something you would say to someone just starting out, to light to fire under the rear to motivate them to not quit and jump all in?

Summary of the findings: 1. 6 minor plumbing issues (accordion pipes in bathroom sinks, leak on dishwasher valve, grout in shower where there should be caulk etc)2. 2 minor electrical (outlet in 1 basement room doesn’t work, there are tons of other outlets that do work, and second floor bedroom light switch turns off the outlets in the room- all other rooms don’t do this).

That might not be the case, but it also might be the case and if it appears to be the case, i'd tread lightly and,  I would highly recommend an agent.

The ceiling I’m referring to has an 8” wide drop down edge (drops about 6”, with lighting all the way around between it and the ceiling, and can lights on the bottom side of the drop down.

For somebody that has to deal with Mother Nature's whimsies and today's air transportation challenges, it sounds like that airline pilot spends ALL his empathy and "keep a level head when a plan B is needed" skills at work...

I get 1% when KW  buys and 1% on the backend when KW sells the property.Probably might work for light rehabs where there might not be quite enough meat on the bone for a flip or something that is borderline.Regardless, would like to meet up to see if I can bring some value to wholesalers in the area whether it is through KW Offers, submitting offers, providing MLS data, providing RealList data or providing some access to FSBOs and Expireds via TheRedX. 

I'm very grateful and hope someone can shed some light on this issue too.
