I also believe you are incorrect that you can't legally trim a limb that's hanging over your property.  

She incorrectly told them how much I paid for the carpet, and they are all hanging on to that, is one example.  

My above post was in regards to you running into a wholesaler when trying to sell your property therefore Curts comment was incorrectly targeted this way (credible).I as well can only give you our opinions on the subject.

We have had several deals fall apart at the closing due to bank mismanagement - typical scenario is that the bank manager attending the closing is from a different bank department than that which handled the paperwork prep and the bank finds it's own paperwork incorrect or inadequate.

They may not be necessarily an innocent party, but the Investors who did not learn enough to understand what they were getting into needs to know that they were either taught incorrectly or they will never learn the truth.Instead, these Investors will continue to get burnt and cause more blight in the neighborhoods that people like Tiffany lives in.All my opinion of course, but I have been seeing this from my observations and experience of about 20 years in RE Investing.

Notice, they won’t provide a smidgen of evidence that my position is incorrect; they’ll just attack my “motives”.  

Curtis,you may have followed incorrect recommendation by setting up SD IRA with checkbook control.

Just saying, those of us on BP are more pronce to assist and ignore terms used incorrectly, but when you get out in public or around experts, terms matter in RE.
