Hello fellow BP forum,I recently had to make improvements to my commercial rental property due to ADA requirements on the property. 

To be successful Landlord's, I believe that we need to always be looking for ways we can improve our processes.

Most improvements will be just cosmetics such as flooring, kitchen(cabinets, countertops etc.), lighting etc.
