The way it's playing out now, a few people are leaving their homes, a few homes are getting sold to investors, and a few of these former homeowners are renting somebody else's freshly foreclosed property.The only thing I see that could continue to keep housing demand positive (or at least not falling through the sub-flooring) is the Gen Y (Echo Boomers) entering the market and buying or renting their own place.

If it's a LLC, I do what you do, i go to my state department of finance homepage and search for the LLC.http://www.pipl.com and enter in the homeowner's first and last name and it will pull up everything related to the name.

If you dont 'open' ALL of the faucets and flush stools,,,enough water will be air locked in those pipes to freeze and burst anyway.Open both sides and allow air to enter, they drain.Much like a straw in a glass of water,,,put your finger over the end and raise it out of the water and the water stays in the straw,,,doesnt when your finger is off the end
