The job description would includeAll "non-license" based maintenance work which includes, changing bulbs, paint, cleaning, toilet clogs etc.Landscape maintenance (May be snow removal, not sure yet)On site human security camera (just look out for any unusual stuff and report).What am I missing?

I have an unusual request: I have a primary residence under contract and my lender has offered to kick me $1k for a home warranty.  

I made an unusual request of my Networth associate to speak with a couple of their clients and he was able to make that arrangement.  

I am in Bend but cover Idaho as well.  

I invest in South Bend, which is two hours from home.

It's not unusual to have mistakes on the HUD.

I recently put in an offer on a property and my agent said 'this listing agent is unusual and that that purchase includes $10,000 to the listing agent.
