Sheriff's Auction & 2nd Mortgage Foreclosure Auction on same day,

I recently was successful bidder on a 2nd mortgage foreclosure trustee's auction on undivided interest on 160 acres in Texas. This was for 1/2 interest of the property, I already owned the other 1/2 interest in the property.

The auctioned property has a 1st mortgage which was not being auctioned.

The auctioned property also had a judgement lien against it (3rd lien) that was auctioned by the sheriff the same day.

The 2nd lien was filed before the judgement lien if that makes any difference.

The sheriff's sale successful bidders paid $155K for the property at 10:00 AM. I paid $25K at 2nd mortgage auction & filed the deed at the courthouse at 1:00PM, then talked to the sheriff office about who actually owned the property, they didn't know. Does anyone else? Seems obvious that one of the sale needs to be set aside.
