One of the keys to understanding true “win-win” situations that makes the most sense to me is understanding how all parties get paid.

Often they don't have true deals.

I dont have much time to find my own deals so thats true, but also because this is all fairly new im not 100% sure what im searching for is exactly correct. i know its going to take time but finding the properties is really hard. 

If all this is true, this is a pretty well learned lesson!

True,  numbers do not lie  but incompetent scatter brained appraisers or realtors for that matter, make mistakes all the time.

Is that true?

I am excited about the potential income but, I don't want to walk into something that is too good to be true!
