The banks are telling me I will have to wait 2 years before being able to obtain a loan for a property I can then rent.  

I have searched through the city forums and have talked to the city hall officials; I'm finding it difficult to obtain an answer.

I purchased AT&T phones and intended on switching from T mobile only to find out I would have to pay off all my brand new phones at T mobile and take a few hundred dollar loss along with putting out almost $3,000.

You may be better off investing in something like AT&T currently forward yielding about 7.5%.

Hey Jessica, I agree with @Pieter T Van Zyl that your 6% goal is definitely achievable in the CLT market and that the only issue with multi in CLT is inventory.

I have not yet seen lease agreements or obtained any further information.

So if I buy the tax deed, the only way to obtain legal rights to the lease and revenue of the billboard is to  go through the full ejectment and quiet title process?

What criteria do you look for, and where do you obtain that data?
