I would become a zealous student of title and leave my ignorance behind.

The University of Toledo student population is about 28K without the Medical College.  

A first year school teacher in Sacramento makes $44k.

The underwriter apparently is not much of a student of history. 

Although his fluctuated between Oregon student housing and KC if I remember correctly. 

It also allows you to offset your monthly living expenses thus allowing you to save money for whatever area of your life that needs additional money, paying student loans, going out, saving for your next property.  

so I guess there's a connection.I would hesitate to buy any property for any students downtown because so many areas downtown are pretty sketchy.  

I have about 40k in debt from student loans because I was paying it on my own and lived off campus last year.
