If it ends with the bubble bursting you'll be in a prime position to capitalize when prices hit rock bottom.If you're looking to buy a house on the other hand, I'd recommend avoiding the Bay Area... and look to Sacramento, Modesto, or even Stockton/Lodi/Tracy instead.
