This also means less climate-changing emissions for your house than other forms of heating would produce because it doesn't release any carbon dioxide into the atmosphere when used correctly.

At worst we would have a tangible asset that produces 1k a month in rent and our money would be safe as inevitable inflation lifts housing prices to the moon.
