I have been active in STRP scene and have even been to a couple meetings with Airbnb representatives to Nashville and they seem to have no interest in policing themselves.

Also call the local police department and get as much information on the subject in escrow and other building on the amount of times the police have called out and what they called out for?

I have seen too many houses where the foreclosure was probably due to the owners being taken away by the ugly police.

I saw condemnation done two houses down from me, someone rented an illegal unit, a neighbor across the street called it in, and building department came, locked up the place, and put up yellow police "do not cross" tapes.

Neighbor is a fire Marshall, and the guy across the street is a police officer for 20years.

If I am not mistaken the police will have them remove their items and make them leave.
