Abandoned Mobile Home Left on My Lot
I have a vacant residential lot in another city that I'm holding for future use. When my guy went to cut the grass, he sent me pictures of a mobile home that had been dropped on my lot. I have absolutely no idea who dropped it or why they choose my lot. The neighbors have called the police and I'm sure I'll hear from codes soon. I don't want to be stuck with paying to have this removed. Has anyone else had a similar issue? Any suggestions on how to handle this situation? Thanks in advance.
