I will definitely study Euclid and Garfield heights some more.If I wanted to study around 4 or 5 areas, among this list, which other 3 areas would you pick: South Euclid, Cleveland Heights, Lakewood, Maple Heights, Warrensville Heights?

I was offered one but I have had too many fires to put out to go pick it up.I hope the tax man avoids my property for the next 10 years... 

I admire your determination to learn these things - depreciation, international treaties etc. - but it is far more difficult than you probably expect.PS.

They should be the first calls to make.Personally if I could determine wholesaling was illegal and knew he was wholesaling my house I would have the local commission on him asap.

The property is zoned commercial and we are trying to determine the best way to finance the property after we close on the deal. 

I was down there  earlier this year networking and looking at properties, and after hearing lots of bad things from Calgarians about Windsor, I must say it is a beautiful city with great cash flow potential, making it our #1 pick to invest in if we stayed investing in Canada. 

The part that we are struggling with is determining the best way to pay off the debt and get the units under traditional financing after they have their occupancy permit and are rented. 

I would start narrowing by picking a house type in a specific area, specific price range that also fits certain criteria like number of bedrooms, etc...
