Which Cleveland suburbs to focus on?
I live in the Raleigh, NC area. I mainly do buy and hold and have been focusing on multifamily properties. I have a few multifamily properties here but it’s becoming hard to look for deals.
I have family who live in the Cleveland area. They live in North Royalton. They have lived there for 30+ years and know the area well. My sister-in-law is also a new realtor although she hasn't focused on investors. My family there also have contacts to plumers, electricians, etc. They will be my “boots on the ground “ so to speak. I lived in Pittsburgh, PA once and I'm somewhat familiar with Cleveland.
Here are my questions:
- What areas in Cleveland close to North Royalton would you recommend?
- Is Parma a good area for investing? My sister-in-law mentioned that. It's also right next to North Royalton.
- What’s a good price range to be focusing on? Why?
- Do you recommend single family? Multi?
Thanks!
