I have hired and trained a TC (Transaction Coordinator) to mosts of the tasks for me and I jump in only when really needed. 

Get familiar with the MLS , contracts & see if your broker has any in house training classes you can attend, also see if you can shadow a seasoned Agent within your office.

They offer bookkeeping training by the hour, so can probably help you get set up and advise on whether you should have an entity from a tax standpoint.PM me and I'll pass the company and contact info along.

I am a pharmacist by training and currently work in the pharmaceutical industry.

Any suggestions, recommendations on this topic or any other feedback on going from start to that 1st investment purchase are much appreciated. 

I now work as a regional training manager for the largest roofing manufacturer in North America. 

Just to be clear, I do not plan on going into the field or ever actually getting a license. 

To me the real failure here is the City of Cleveland using loosely trained bailiffs rather than properly trained and equipped law enforcement officers.  

Training webs/pods would be great though!
