I’m so bad with technologies:/ Can you explain in two words how this programs work?

I don't know if anyone will see this since it was back in Nov '21 but I just wanted to give an update on my progress.After everyone's advice and A LOT of research, reading, and podcasts, I made some moves to get me closer to my goals.

Researching and managing properties from a distance is made simpler by technology and internet tools.Real estate for business and residential purposes differs.

I'm sure there are new technologies out there now.

I use technology to support driving the business and scale, so I prefer to be paperless(although some of my students are tech challenged over 50+ years old...

Today's technology enables us to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients literally all over the globe.

Being a very technical person, I really drilled down on this technology.

I just recently bought my first property in Nov '23 just outside of Chicago, IL with an FHA loan.

Goal is to manage it remotely, ideally not travel at all, have some responsible person to physically show the potential tenants the house.I have found some options and wanted to get feedback:1. complete DIY using technology: Have a remote/reprogrammable smart lock, wifi 4G dongle with ring flying camera or some other tech that allows me to remotely show the house to potential tenants.
