I know Brooklyn is a crazy hot market pretty much everywhere, especially williamsburg/bushwick/crown heights, but I still see tons of seemingly vacants and distressed properties....

For a window to be a point of egress, the Ontario Building Code (OBC) requires that the window be no less than 3.8 SF, or 0.35 square metres, with a width and height dimensions no less than 15".

I'd encourage you to look at Oak Park, Redford, Dearborn Heights, Allen Park, Melvindale, Warren to name a few.

I could really use any kind of envelope it didn't really matter.The key though is to create a word template for the envelope with the proper size paper height and width.

Do you have or know of any 'reasonable' rentals in Park Slope, Prospect Heights area?  

While affluent areas like Elk Grove, Folsom, and Roseville/Rocklin experienced stronger demand, lower availability rates, and higher rents, older neighborhoods like Orangevale/Citrus Heights, Carmichael, and Highway 50 struggled with availability rates of 10% or more.

You can find in Lincoln Antelope Citrus Heights areas for your price range but then rent won’t be that high for your price range.

You can buy basically the same product (newer 3/2 in a B- neighborhood) in Antelope/Citrus Heights for $175-210k.
