I just don't see me sifting through leases and figuring out move in/out dates as a good use of my time.Perhaps I will just send an email to each PM requesting the current vacancy rate,  and their associated units along with the rest of my monthly reports.Thanks to anyone that wants to share their experience in this tracking.Cheers.

They decided to sell and wanted $50,000 more than comparable units.

The unit is located in Indiana.

The supply of new units is overwhelming and demand is just not there.

Personally, I like the all-in-one units but they are expensive and poorly suited for larger units where it will take forever to get a load of laundry done (since you can't move the clothes from the washer to the dryer).

Winter came and since then the rental unit has flooded every time it’s rained.

How many units damaged?

Househacking is essentially renting out rooms to folks to offset your mortgage, this can also be done in Multifamly with other units in whatever you decide to buy.

Once you get to five units, the loan structure changes (it becomes a commercial loan), and you won't be able to qualify with your collective income.A fourplex means no rental income because your group needs four units, right?

We self-manage 37 units with it.
