You are essentially turning your "liability" of a house into an asset by having it produce income.If you are near a college town, even better.

It has been such a success that I may go this route for the new units we are finally acquiring as investment properties.There are resources of BP and YouTube about hosting Airbnb, also be sure to check the law in your town. 

I'm not sure if a partnership would be appropriate, but we can explore the possibility. 

I mostly look in the university areas for these types of properties, but I keep finding deals on the outskirts of town and I'm a little leary that I may have trouble filling these units!

The area looks great now, since Hurricane Sandy leveled the town and luxury multi-families were built in their place.

I am talking about towns that have between 8,000-15,000 people.

I like to step out of my comfort zone and explore new areas and analyze for potential then stick first.  

I have run across some properties like this where it is in an area of town that is sort or rural pockets next to standard neighborhoods and had no luck finding any comps.
