I guess I'm just a proponent of Occam's Razor...when I hear about someone stealing small quantities of food, I assume it's because they're hungry...But you're right, it could have been for any number of reasons.

Not that anyone wants to hear my lame a$$ story...but many moons ago I quit my job to become a stay at home day trader because my wife was expecting our first little girl...Become a self taught day trader is like becoming a self taught real estate investor...in more ways than one....When all was said and done...I actually put food on the table each month trading options.

It is a crisis... the poor will get poorer and as food gets more expensive, the American taxpayer (Only the working, earning Americans by the way, the majority that abused the "everyone should own a home policy" by using their home as a ATM card will get welfare and foodstamps and guess how the gov't will pay for that?
