Gift to a potenial lead / follow-up gift

I have a great lead I am trying to work right now. Free and clear property. I think I need something more than just a standard hand written thank you card thanking them for spending the time to speak with me. I was thinking a box of chocolates or something, but I kinda don't want to send a sweet/food item just in case the person is diabetic or something.

Anybody got any ideas?
