It's really nice in kitchens when you're cooking on a stuffy summer day, and tenants do seem to like them.That being said, we get the economy ones for our property management portfolio in ct, and usually get them for $50-100 right off the shelf at Lowe's.

I tell every prospective renter that these ladies work for me, and once a week they'll come over and clean your house, cook you dinner, give you a bubble bath, and anything else could happen after that.I also have a billboard in the parking lot contractor have to park in.My calendar is a piece of posterboard with 23 lines across it, one for each address.
