The old floor is chocolate brown and quite consistent with minimal grain, but most laminate flooring now is on trend with grey tones and has more of a grain to it so it's very hard to match.

I only listen to Biggerpockets podcast while driving now, and in my down time when I used to watch mindless television I am watching youtube videos, practicing running numbers, checking COMPS, and trying to prepare to the best of my ability to not come off like a complete and total amateur when I approach one of you lenders on here with a deal I firmly believe will be mutually beneficial. 

What does it say regarding evicting for consistent late payments.

During this time a leak in our bedroom closet has consistently gotten worse with each rainy season.

I seem to be gravitating towards the buy and hold multi-family strategy, but I suppose only time will tell as practice replaces theory!!
