I believe the buyer usually has the forms, but to be thorough I would like to have the forms available and become familiar with them.

If it's a seller's market, they still may not budge, but if it's a buyer's market they may be willing to work with you further to get the sale.- Question everything you aren't sure about. 

I have my mortgage broker qualify them the same way they qualify buyers for their lenders.

PS this is for finding tenant buyers.

Then find a new buyer for what you think it is worth.
