I hope you are able to find a way out of that contract and locate a more professional PM!

From a moral perspective, it's completely misleading. 

I have never met a more educated absolute idiot.

Do you have the one year of full time experience working under a more experienced agent or the 90 hours of classroom time? 

I realize we are already behind in the savings process but now that we have a more substantial income we figure it's never too late to start.

I also think we'll have a more limited pool of buyers and no chance at a bidding war as we tend to price conservatively. 

But since my husband keeps running the numbers and saying he's "done" working (and/or he wants to work in Asia :)  ) we need a more considered plan.We're headed back to the US for an extended family visit and are considering purchasing another property in the Denver/northern Colorado area (mainly to help a family member). 

Once I get a more concrete plan would you mind if I eventually picked your brain and bounced a few questions off you that I'm sure I will have?

I'll write a more detailed post in the renter's forum with some numbers to get feedback.
