Gary Sowell:  It really isn't a good thing for anyone to try and enter in an entire years worth of data into any software program that one has just purchased and have it all come out 100% correct within a few days in order for it to be ready for January 1st.

I would like to start expanding business but will PM software be needed?

Hello,Is there any good online softwares to use for rental property data/analysis such as Mashvisor or any other tool that can perform data analysis on rental properties and also be able to find any good upcoming markets to invest in or analyze a specific market to invest in?

@Jeremy BlackmanYou should reach out to your accountant to see what software he recommends/prefers or at the very least how he would like the information presented.There is a learning curve to using quickbooks.

I have been involved in property rental for about 30 years and have been a software engineer for nearly 20 years. 

I’ve had my eye on medical device sales and software as a service sales for their high salaries + commissions.

I currently use no software.

Make sure you educate yourself on the local landlord-tenant laws and just use one of the many landlord software companies out there to streamline the rental process.
