Instead they will not offer to pay for anything and want improvements done to the building that are 5 times the cost of the new construction trying to preserve something that is falling apart and not meant for use to today's standards.Sometimes they will recommend moving the building but depending on how bad off it is the structure might not survive a move.Sounds like this is in old town from what the other local investor is saying.I saw this type of thing happen in Canton,GA where I live.
